Washington Mardi Gras 2016

You might not know this, but Washington, D.C. has been celebrating Mardi Gras since the 1940’s. Yep. It began modestly, but has turned into a continuous full blown three day party. You have to be there to believe it. Here’s a sample from one of them. It doesn’t paint anywhere near the whole picture, but you’ll get the idea.
